Fees

Cabinet fees are determined in accordance with the practice of our profession and include:
– Time to spend on file
– The complexity of the questions asked
– The importance of the service rendered
– The importance of financial and/or tax issues
– The lawyer's experience and level of specialization

Dispute

Any dispute concerning the amount and recovery of fees, costs and disbursements may be settled, in the absence of agreement between the parties, only by using the procedure laid down in Articles 174 et seq. of Decree No 91-1197 of 27 November 1991 organizing the profession of lawyer. The Batonnier of the Paris Bar Association is seized by request of the most diligent party.
Any disputes, other than those concerning fees, relating to this letter of mission shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French civil courts.

This referral to the Ombudsman can only be made after having tried to resolve the dispute amicably by means of a written complaint.

Protection of personal data

The Cabinet implements processing of personal data in order to ensure the management, monitoring of its clients' files, invoicing, recovery and prospecting. These data, processed for the proper execution and management of the files and the legitimate interest of the Cabinet, are intended for the authorized persons of the Cabinet and are kept for the time necessary to achieve the objective pursued during their collection. In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, natural persons have the right to access data concerning them, to rectification, limitation, portability and erasure.
